Gourmet Apples by L’Oréal happily takes custom orders and welcomes the opportunity to serve you. The company prides itself to meet your catering needs by creating handmade  gourmet and candied apples for your enjoyment. In order to succesfully create a wonderful experience, you must adhere to the following policies that apply to all orders. 

 

Placement of Orders

Any order placed by you from this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the stated price (including delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order.

 

• Small orders of 4-12,  must be placed 24 hours in advance. 

• Large orders of 16 or more, must be placed  14 days in advance. 

 

Acceptance of Order

The company reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, such as the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order. 

 

Your contract with Gourmet Apples by L’Oréal will only come into existence when Gourmet Apples by L’Oréal advises you that your order has been accepted and receipt of your payment has been confirmed.

 

Pricing

Prices of goods displayed on the the company's web site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

 

The company will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with all product descriptions and pricing. However, the company is unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.

 

Payments/Deposit Requirements  

Payment for orders can be made using cash, a major credit card, or via PayPal. Large orders of 16+ will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% deposit to confirm order. The remaining balance will be due rpior to delivery. Sales tax  of 5.75% will be added to all orders.

 

 Cancellation

The company reserves the right not to provide goods, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at its sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the company will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights. If you must cancel via email, please make sure you get a reply.

 

Orders cancelled within 5 calendar days are subject to a 10% charge on the estimated costs. Orders cancelled within 2 calendar days, the cancellation charge is 50% and within 24 hours, a cancellation charge of 90% will apply. These charges apply to all orders for which a customer deposit has not been obtained.

 

Small Orders (4 to 12)

• Cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the cancelled items.

 

Large Orders (16 or more)

• Cancelled or changed (7)  business days prior to the event – 50% of the total cost of the cancelled or changed items

• Cancelled or changed (3) days before or the day of the scheduled event – 75% of the total cost of the cancelled or changed items will be charge

• Cancelled or changed (2) days before or the day of the scheduled event – 100% of the total cost of the cancelled or changed items will be charge

 

A deposit of $200 (non-refundable) is required to confirm your order.  The balance is due 14 business days prior to delivery or pick-up

 

Return/Refund Policy    

All items are made to order and perishable. Therefore, returns are not accepted. Please see Cancellation section for refund terms.

 

Delivery

Gourmet Apples by L’Oréal provides delivery throughout Washington DC , Maryland, and Virginia for a a delivery fee.

 

 Delivery fees start at $10, and the minimum order for delivery is one dozen (12) apples.
